cheer competition, cheer tryouts, & tennessee :)

hey yall :) lots to catch yall up on!!! this past weekend, i had my final cheerleading competition for this season :( but good news... our new season registration started yesterday :) haha. what a long break, huh? lol. but i love it!! anyways, back to my competition; it was SO MUCH fun! and it was at my favorite place... MYRTLE BEACH! oh yeah! haha. i was so proud of my team because we worked really hard! we got sixth place out of eight squads in our division, but i still think we did awesome! i also was proud of myself for throwing my standing back handspring for the first time ever at competition :) :) :) yay!! of course, i had to play in the ocean and swim in the pool a little bit too. haha. fun fun (: tehe. & guess what started yesterday... high school cheer tryouts! i'm so nervous. . . so now i just have to practice, practice, practice! lol. wish me luck :) haha. on thursday, i will be leaving for tennessee with my youth group and we will be attending the revival that we have been going to for couple years now. i can't wait! but anyways i'll leave yall with a few pics from my weekend :)

miscellaneous.

hey yall :) there hasn't been much to post about lately... just the usual: school, cheerleading, and church. i went to a revival with the youth group on saturday and it was really good. the phillips family was there too and they sang a few songs and then the church's youth choir sang a few. it was all very good. the preacher preached a message and 7 people got saved! praise the Lord! i think it was so sweet that these twins got saved and the preacher remarked, "they were born on the same day, and born again on the same day." it was precious. then we went to their fellowship building and had some pizza and hotdogs :) yummy! lol. that night i spent the night at my friend, taylor's house. we had lots of fun! then at church on sunday morning, a lady got saved and then that night her husband got saved! God is so good! this week i have been busy with school and cheerleading. i attended the cheerleading meeting at school on tuesday night for the upcoming school year because i will be trying out again. i am very nervous since i didn't make it last year... but i'm going to try really hard and if i still don't make it, at least i still have competition cheerleading :) anyways, tomorrow night i'm going to spend the night at my friend, taylor's house again, which i'm sure will be lots of fun :) what are yall's plans for the weekend? hope yall have a great thursday and now i'm off to school! bye yall!!

snow day :)

today i was out of school due to snow :) lots of snow... for NC, that is. lol. last night it started snowing while i was at church and it didn't stop snowing until late last night. so of course, all of us kids couldn't wait to go play in it! we played in the snow for about 1 and 1/2 hours last night and we've been playing in it off and on all day today. here are some pics from last night and today:

WOW! It's been exactly a month since I've posted anything!! I have just been really busy and not really in the bloggy mood lately. I am now 15 years + 1 month old :) I got my permit on the first try & I have been driving with my parents a few times. It's not as fun as I thought it would be though. HAHA. Anyways, let's see... on Friday we're out of school and then on Saturday I will be going to my sister's chorus concert and then to my cousin's house to spend the night. Hope yall have a great week!
